“Chez Marius” is an elegant holiday villa in the Provence which accomodates up to six people. Located close to the wild and romantic Canyon of the Ardèche, in the hinterland of the Mediterranean resort town of Vallon Pont d’Arc. The villa is only a few kilometers from the Grotte Chauvet – a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In spring of 2015, the faithful reproduction “Caverne du Pont d’Arc” is started with a thrilling theme park!
The house has been renovated in summer 2013 in a sophisticated level. In 90 sqm of living space you will find modern comfort in a stylish, high-quality ambience. The bedroom is designed in a quit and fresh manner. The living room is equipted with leather furniture around the fireplace, next to a huge dining table and a new kitchen.
The estate holds over 1600 sqm, and it is all to you and your fellow holidaymakers.
The green Garden invites to relax, listen to the cicadas or take an dip in the pool. The pool is only available to tennants. Trees and outward demarcations to the neighboring properties ensure that you can feel very private there.
The markets around the castles, the cafes under the plane tree-lined courses, hiking trails, the Ardèche Canyon, caves, theme parks, golf courses – there are a lot of opportunities for recreational activities.
It is documented that people feel comfortable in this area since 35,000 years. At that time, people lived under rock shelters – the rock overhangs – in the caves they left us images, as they saw their world. You can enjoy it and return to a house with a dishwasher and pool afterwards!
